GETTING THERE
PARKING AREAS – PLEASE READ
There is NO General Admission event parking available on-site for this show.
Limited parking is available on-site for NSW Mobility Parking Permit holders. Please contact us for more info.
There are SIX free event parking areas across the Taree area for you to choose from.
There are free shuttle bus services at all of the parking areas that are less than a 15 minute ride to the event.

GETTING THERE
FREE SHUTTLE BUSES
FREE Shuttle Bus services will be running from 8am on Saturday 9th November on a constant rotation to get you safely to and from the airshow.
There are THREE bus lines to choose from and SIX free event parking areas across the Taree area.
All bus stops and parking areas are less than 15-minute drive from Taree Airport.
Shuttle Buses are wheelchair and pram accessible.
Please carefully review the bus stops, routes and parking areas below and plan your trip accordingly.

Coming up from south of Taree?
We recommend making use of the RED LINE – SOUTH TAREE, which begins at the MIDCOAST COUNCIL BUILDING TAREE.
For the best directions, choose “Mid Coast Council Taree” on your GPS/Maps.
Coming down from north of Taree?
We recommend starting at the GREEN LINE – CUNDLETOWN, which begins at the new road (unnamed road) on PRINCES ST/CUNDLETOWN ROUNDABOUT, just off the south-bound Cundletown exit of the Pacific Hwy.
For the best directions, choose “Princes Street Cundletown” on your GPS/Maps.

FAQS
Please read over these frequently asked questions for all you need to know about the Barrington Coast Airshow.
ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW:
Alcohol
No alcoholic beverages can be brought onto the event site.
Animals
No animals are permitted on the event site eg. Dogs.
ATMs
Automatic Teller Machines will not be available onsite.
Bicycles
No bicycles will be permitted on the event site.
Cameras and Videos
Cameras and videos are encouraged.
Drones
No drones are permitted at the event.
Car Parking
There is no parking available at the airport, except for NSW Mobility Permit Holders and Ultimate Experience Ticket Holders. Offsite parking will be available a short distance away from the airport. A FREE shuttle bus service will operate to and from the main entrance gate throughout each day of the airshow. There will also be numerous pickup point in the surround areas. See the above transport instructions for further information.
Chairs
Visitors are permitted and encouraged to bring fold up chairs with them as seating is not provided for General Admission ticket holders.
Concessions
Ticket concessions are available for general admission Pension Card holders and Senior Card holders only. Cards must be shown at the gate upon entry to the event.
Companion Card
Companions accompanying Companion Card holders receive a free General Admission ticket (excludes Gold Pass tickets) with a General Admission ticket purchase. Show your Companion Card at the entry gate to receive a complimentary ticket.
Accessibility
Visitors to the event should be aware that the event is not held on a purpose-built site and may pose some challenges for the very young, the elderly and those with mobility issues. Every effort has been made to make the site as accessible as possible however visitors should note there are uneven surfaces through many areas.
Disabled amenities are available.
Limited car parking for accredited state disabled permit pass holders ONLY.
Event-specific disabled car passes are not required.
Disabled patrons DO NOT receive a discount on general admission or Gold Pass tickets.
First Aid
A first aid facility will be located at the event and its location will be marked on the site map and in the program available on the day.
Food Outlets
A variety of food stalls will be available throughout the event site. Eskies and picnic hampers will not be permitted. Small snacks are permitted but we do ask that you support the local food vendors for your lunch.
Golf Buggies
There will be no golf buggies available at the airshow for hire. Patrons are not permitted to bring their own.
Hours
Gates open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Air display times: 10:30 am – 4:00 pm
Lockers
Lockers will not be available at the event.
Merchandise
Official merchandise will be available at the event.
Mobile Phones
Mobile phones are permitted on site, however, due to network congestion, reception may not always be available.
Pass Outs
Pass outs will be available at the Main and Gold Pass entry gates. Persons leaving the event who do not obtain a pass out, will not be able to re-enter the event on the same ticket.
Pension Card Holders
Concession rates will be available to Pension Card holders when buying tickets online or at the main entrance gate. The Pension Card must be shown at the gate upon entry to the event.
Refunds
NO refunds will be available unless the event is cancelled.
Scooters and Skateboards
Scooters and Skateboards are not permitted at the event.
Seniors Card Holders
Concession tickets are ONLY available to Pension Card holders and Senior Card Holders.
Shade
There is minimal sun shelter available onsite. We encourage patrons to bring an umbrella or low lying sun shelter. Marquees will not be permitted. Don’t forget the sunscreen.
Shuttle Bus
A free shuttle bus will be available throughout the airshow days running between the offsite car parks and the main entrance gate.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the bounds of the airshow area. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes (e-cig or e-cigarettes), personal vaporisers, electronic nicotine delivery systems, or other battery powered vaporisers. Those wishing to smoke will need to obtain a Pass-Out which are available at the Main and Gold Pass entry gates. Please be aware that persons leaving the event who do not obtain a Pass-Out will not be able to re-enter the event on the same ticket.
Students
NO student concessions are available for the event.
Under 6 years – free.
6 years to 17 years – Child.
18 years & older – Adult.

Flying in?
We are pleased to offer fly-in access to Taree Airport for visiting pilots looking to make the most of this spectacular event and enjoy the beautiful Barrington Coast region along the way.
There is GA aircraft parking available for visiting pilots, as well as an experienced ground team and on-site refueling services to accommodate your aircraft.
